My Hero Academia, Toho, and Bones produce the anime, which is based on the manga of the same name by Kōhei Horikoshi. Weekly Shonen Jump announced it in issue 49, 2015. Funimation announced in March 2016 it had acquired the exclusive international rights to the series. MBS co-produced season one. The story follows Izuku Midoriya, who was born without superpowers in a world where they have become commonplace but still dream of becoming one. After Midoriya is scouted by All Might, Japan’s greatest hero, All Might picks Midoriya as his successor after seeing his potential and helps him gain admission to a prestigious high school for training superheroes. In this article, we will know about anime characters like Aizawa. So let’s get started.
Supernatural quirks are common in the future of My Hero Academia. Teachers like Shota Aizawa, the class 1-A teacher at UA, take a very serious approach to teaching students about heroism. Shota is the teacher of class 1-A, a school that prepares future heroes to become professional heroes by teaching them about heroism. Pro Hero Shota Aizawa goes by the name Eraser Head (a name he was given by colleague Present Mic). He prefers to work as an underground hero instead of as a hero in the spotlight. According to his job description, he is assigned to teach Class 1-A in U.A.High School.
In his 20-year tenure at the school, Shota Aizawa, better known as Eraser Head, isn’t likely to win popularity or popularity, but he is respected for being a gifted and hopeful teacher who wants all of his students to succeed. He believes in all of them and isn’t afraid to admit it, making him seem like a tsundere. If you like characters Aizawa from my hero academia, you will also like characters similar to Aizawa here, we make a list for you.
About Aizawa (My Hero Academia)
Eraser Head (Aizawa) is the Homeroom Teacher for class 1-A. Aizawa always looks exhausted but hates to waste time. His Quirk is to nullify the quirks of anyone in view as long as he remains in view. If he blinks, his Quirk deactivates, so he must wear goggles to prevent enemies from figuring out who he is, nullifying the quirks of Repeated use of his Quirk causes dry eyes, which makes him unable to use it. As a person, he is primarily driven by logic, though he does not put a lot of effort into his appearance.
Aizawa is blunt and rather apathetic when it comes to stating his ideas and explanations. Whenever he believes something, he will tell it straight. He often appears to be cold or apathetic, showing little energy and sometimes letting his students solve problems for themselves. While Shota is described as apathetic, he nevertheless cares deeply for his students, and he is willing to go to great lengths to protect them from danger. During the USJ and at the Field Trip Lodge, he did not pause in reacting to the Villains’ presence. On multiple occasions, he has expressed his trust in his students as well.
10. Izumi Curtis (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
Izumi Curtis is an alchemist, a well-trained martial artist, and a skillful housewife who runs a butcher shop in the town of Dublith. She once performed a transmutation of a human that she regrets to this day.

Izumi Curtis
The teacher Izumi Curtis is far more stern but well-intentioned than Aizawa. She has complete faith that the Elric brothers will become great heroes and alchemists one day. She is also extremely committed to Sig, and he reciprocates those feelings.
9. Zangetsu (Bleach)
The character of Zangetsu may be the inspiration for Eraser Head, given their similar appearances, personalities, and roles in their respective anime series. After all, Zangetsu is Ichigo Kurosaki’s zanpakuto spirit, but he may be more than that. After all, Zangetsu looks a lot like the character of King Yhwach of Quincy. At any rate, Zangetsu may serve as inspiration for Eraser.

Zangetsu
At times, though, Zangetsu might be absent, and Ichigo’s inner Hollow will take his place. Or perhaps they are the same. Whichever is the case, he will gladly teach Ichigo all kinds of things before battle, and his insight is incredible.
8. Naberius Kalego (Welcome to demon school, Iruma-Kun!)
This is a very similar story to the situations Izuku finds himself in at UA. The main character, Naberius Kalego, is an orphan the same age as Shota Aizawa. I think it is almost as if these characters were separated at birth and then placed in similar franchises.

Naberius
Both Iruma and Izuku have similar class teachers, Naberius Kalego and Eraser Head, who, despite their stern and humorless personalities, are pleasant people. They are devoted and intelligent teachers who aim for the best for their students but are afraid to admit it.
7. Benimaru Shinmon (Fire Force)
Shinmon is currently defending Asakusa from any attack from an Infernal or cult dressed in white, although he has an unusual listless demeanor for someone who has such extraordinary abilities. He only fights to defend Asakusa from any attacks, preferring not to take part in anything else.

Shinmon
On one occasion, Benimaru fought with Joker, and in other instances, he taught Arthur and Shinra how to fight more effectively, much as Eraser Head would have done the same.
6. Ebisu (Naruto)
Unlike Kakashi and Jiraiya, Ebisu isn’t as powerful or influential, but he still knows what’s going on. In addition, he bravely took on the Six Paths of Pain in Shippuden, which was his standout moment.

Ebisu
In the Chunin Exam arc, he helped Naruto prepare for the Chunin Exam arc by practicing chakra techniques. He’s an outspoken jonin who puts duty above all else, and that may remind my hero Academia fans of Eraser Head. If they ever meet, they may even get along.
5. Wing (Hunter X Hunter)
The only thing that makes Wing different from Aizawa is that he is a more gracious and friendly teacher, but still a rigid and disciplined individual who demands the best from every student. Wing was Nen of Gon and Killua’s first instructor, and he taught them all the fundamentals.

Wing
Unlike Head of Eraser, Wing is thorough and meticulous, making sure that his students understand every detail of their lessons. However, Wing does not always lead his students by the hand since he expects them to succeed or fail on their own.
4. Kento Nanami (Jujutsu Kaisen)
As an anime master, Aizawa is much like other anime masters, but he can also be like a high-ranking professional from any kind of field, such as the jujutsu specialist Kento Nanami. Both men are adept at keeping the streets safe, but they are not overly charismatic.

Kento Nanami
The characters tend to lack sentimentality and have little tolerance for nonsense, which Aizawa can relate to. Yuji and Izuku are willing mentors or at least protect young shonen protagonists. Both characters see their careers as merely work and nothing more. Neither character is sentimental.
3. Askeladd (Vinland Saga)
While Askeladd is no hero, he taught Thorfinn things that no one else did. He knows how to fight to survive in this medieval world, and Askeladd knows that better than anyone. Askeladd may have killed dear Thors in cold blood, but in the medieval world, there are no real heroes and no real villains.

Askeladd
It was almost like Askeladd was a father figure to Thorfinn, teaching the boy a variety of skills such as combat and survival. Askeladd is cold and callous on the outside, but he has a caring side due to his Welsh heritage. He also has a special place in his heart for Thorfinn.
2. Kojiro Shinomiya (Food fight!)
As its name suggests, Food Wars takes place in an elite institute, making it more or less similar to My Hero Academia, but with food instead of heroes. At one point, Soma and his teammates go through a week-long training sequence at a hotel, and one of their trainers is Totsuki’s former student Kojiro Shinomiya.

Kojiro
In seasons 3 and 4, Kojiro helped Megumi Tadokoro improve her cooking skills and compete against the members of Central. He was tough but fair, and he hoped she would become a great chef one day.
1. Lisa Lisa (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure)
In the Battle Tendency story arc, Lisa Lisa is a prominent character, as well as the mother of Joseph Joestar. Lisa Lisa is a master of Hamon, and she gladly teaches Joseph and his rival Caesar Zeppeli to explore the limits of this martial art.

Lisa Lisa
In a training exercise, Lisa Lisa risked the lives of her students. Even in combat, Lisa Lisa remained calm and in control of the situation. Like Aizawa, Lisa Lisa is a noble female figure who can teach the protagonist anything. It is an excellent example of what women must do in this world.
Whether you swooned over the awkward actions of tsundere Mr. Darcy or kept falling for the angsty, brooding Malfoy, fictional characters have shaken our hearts since time immemorable. Now with the recent lockdown phase that lasted us a long three years, anime has seeped into the sphere of popular culture and there is a new type of men that have become the standard for attractiveness – 2D boys with great depths in their personality and also amazing character designs.
While there is no doubt that anime has always been a hub for beautiful men who have gentle mannerisms but are also capable of breaking bones (looking at Tomoe and Sebastian), it is high time weebs set aside our classic entries like Usui Takumi for the most-handsome list and acknowledge some new faces as well. Hence, we bring you the recent, freshest most handsome faces of new anime.
- Keisuke Baji
Tokyo Revengers might not be an anime known for its good-looking characters, but there is no way you might have missed out on Baji. The dedicated Toman leader has a uniquely ‘wild’ look to emphasize his wild personality and it is certainly a great combination. If not for his reckless and impulsive personality, Baji is a pretty boy with untied long hair and sharp eyes that appear menacing despite his soft-heartedness.
His design also often appears feline due to his two sharp teeth and it highlights Baji’s playful and child-like personality. What adds attractiveness to Baji’s charm is his undying love for his friends and his humility despite being incredibly strong. You can catch the first season of Tokyo Revengers on Netflix!

- Izumi Miyamura
What makes the mysterious and shy Izumi special is the very fact that he is not special – a guy who does not stand out much and has a history of being a social outcast. He is content to be in himself – a nerd at school who is also capable of impulsively getting tattoos and piercings at a random. Just like his pretty appearance, Izumi is a gentle boy who will get along with even your parents and siblings. Plus, he owns a cake shop – no wonder Hori is as head over heels for him as he is for her.

- Akihiko Kaji
Anime has had its reputation for hot men who have commitment issues and Akihiko Kaji would have been the same until the last Given movie, had he decided to not change. He is considered handsome both in the manga and by fans and it is no wonder that he is able to pick up dates easily with the rebellious aura he exudes. Donning piercings on his intimidating and handsome face, Akihiko appears scary at first glance but is actually just a dork who cannot hold a straight face for long and loves playing the violin and drums.

- Sasaki Shuumei
If straight-forward and tall men with fox-like looks and a warm personality are your type, look no further – Sasaki Shuumei is a simple ‘bad boy’ who hardly causes any trouble. While he has a delinquent appearance, he is soft around his love interest, Miyano, and shows genuine interest in his likes and dislikes. He does not hesitate to help those in need as we see in the first episode and in fact, has a lot of moe factors like having a sweet tooth and being completely whipped over his junior Mya-chan.

- Armin Arlert
It is a no-brainer that Levi is a permanent name on the most handsome list, hence we would like to nominate a new face that shook the hearts of anitwt (anime Twitter) on his first appearance after the time skip. Armin Arlert – who was but only a teenager with a babyish face in the first few arcs till the Return to Shiganshina, returned a handsome young man whose good looks were appreciated and tweeted about all over social media. Armin was already a beloved AOT character – always offering amazing tactics with his quick-witted brain that also played manipulative mind games.

Armin Arlert from Attack on Titan
Yet it was always more about his brains than his face. However, if your social media algorithm is set to AOT-based content post Season 4, you would surely come across millions of Armin edits and compilations, praising his handsomeness The man even has a famous ‘hot’ cutscene that is viral over the internet and it is no surprise that with his brains and good looks, Armin is extremely popular.
- Wakana Gojou
Gone are the days when the love interest for shoujo romance is a cocky and handsome bastard who sometimes does problematic actions to the female lead. Now is the time for sweet and gentle guys who get flustered easily and have creative interests like making dresses – someone just like Gojou Wakana. While there is a certain amount of fan service in the series, Wakana remains respectable, helpful, and supportive of Marin and her dream. Rather than helping her make dresses to gain something out of his kindness, Wakana really appreciates Marin for being his first friend and for encouraging him as well. Add his endearing shyness and his passion for his hobby and Wakana is shoujo dreamboat.

- Osamu Miya
Let’s be honest, the whole cast of Haikyu!! would have made it to the list – but unfortunately, we are only talking about the newest faces. Hence our pick, Osamu Miya – younger brother to Inarizaki setter Atsumu Miya, came to mind after his marvelous display of spiking and blocking skills that he showcased in the last season, Haikyu!! To The Top. Being the quieter one of the twins with a deadpan expression and sarcastic jabs at his brother, Osamu’s charm is his quick-thinking mind and his deadly spikes that are powered by his favorite thing in the world – food!

Osamu Miya from Haikyu!! To The Top
One is sure to fall for the younger Miya twin as you see him throughout the show, bickering, and squabbling with his brother but instantly doing his best in volleyball for Atsumu, who he claims loves volleyball more, even if it’s by a tiny bit.
- Uzui Tengen
The latest season of Kimetsu No Yaiba introduced us to a new character – Sound Hashira, Uzui Tengen who is all about looking good and being flashy. The man certainly is extravagant with beads and accessories all over his uniform and his face and nails painted – but even more colorful is his reliable but fun personality. What made him the most attractive to fans apart from his strength and power was how respectfully he treats and loves his three wives – using his position as a man of the Tengen clan to tell them that they should not dedicate their lives to protect and be useful to him.

Uzui Tengen from Kimetsu No Yaiba
Later, he retires for the sake of his loved ones and himself and this realistic approach to life leaves fans with nothing but respect and love for him.
- Satoru Gojo
You can try to run and hide, but you cannot escape the popularity of Satoru Gojo. The man, with a design similar to Kakashi, has as many fans crushing over him as the Naruto teacher did – maybe even more. Tall, silver-haired, and fashionably dressed when in his ‘date outfit’, one would immediately fall for the overconfident and powerful sorcerer the moment they look at his beautiful, blue eyes. Those who are not in the Gojo Fanclub have a love-hate relationship with him – they hate that they love his surprisingly chill arrogance and his model-like gorgeous looks.

Gojo Satoru from Jujutsu Kaisen
- Eren Jaeger
You would be lying if you say you had not already guessed who would be number one on a good looks list in anime from recent times. Attack on Titan dominates all charts whenever it rolls around with a new season and it’s no surprise that after the time skip, the character with the highest number of simps on social media is Eren Jaeger. Women want him, men fear him and his fans worship him – all for good reason.

Eren Jaeger from Attack On Titan
Timeskip Eren is a force to reckon with – an all-knowing soul that looks the world in the eye and then guiltlessly takes the courage to destroy it. It is not just the long hair and the muscular body that appeals to fans, but his undaunted spirit to snatch freedom for his loved ones and take destiny into his own hands. You might hate him for his actions, but you will not be able to deny the charm of Eren being the GOAT character he is.
That concludes the list of our Top 10 Most Handsome Anime Characters: 2022 Update. Be sure to tune in for the next!
