The manga began two years back, on July 3, 2022, and has been collected in six volumes so far. In the manga, monsters called Kaiju regularly attack the population.
Japanese Defense Force is tasked to kill these kaiju. Childhood friends Kafka Hibino and Mina Ashiro’s town was destroyed by a kaiju. Years later, they joined the defense force to eliminate the kaiju.
While Mino becomes a commander of a unit, Kafka unwillingly becomes a kaiju. Kafka is then called Kaiju No.8. Now, what happens and how it happens will be an interesting read.

If you like One Punch Man, then this is a must-read for you. Ayashimon has action, supernatural, and comedy. The manga started recently in November 2021.
For now, there are only two volumes to read. It follows the story of Maruo Kaido, an insanely strong manga lover who dreams of being just like a manga hero.
He repeats the special training depicted in a manga over and over again to become powerful (it won’t be surprising if he took inspiration from Saitama).
