There are rumors from a Japanese leaker on Japanese equivalent of Reddit/Twitter that Gomu Gomu No Mi was on God Valley and everyone was after it. This is also what Garling was pointing out the last chapter.

- Xebec meets Harald again when he is on his way to God Valley. Xebec tells him the reason he wants to go to God Valley. Xebec feared for his family safety so he sent them both (Teach and his mom) to his homeland, that is God Valley.
- Rocks real name is ‘Davy D. Xebec’ and he belongs to the ‘Davy Clan’ who lived in secrecy. Xebec ancestor was ‘Davy D. Jones’. Then Rocks and Harald fight but Harald loses on purpose and let Rocks carry on his travel.
- At the end of the chapter God Valley tournament begins. Shakky is the biggest prize of the tournament. Kid Teach and his mom are slaves for the tournament too.
- Dragon finds Shanks and Shamrock Mom almost dead and she begs him to save her kids.

By Worstgen- I’m slowly beginning to understand the true meaning behind God Valley and what Garling found. The entire event on God Valley was intended to lure Xebec into a trap and kill him there. That’s why all the Holy Knights and Saturn (possibly other Gorosei) were there.
Garling found out about Teach, and they wanted to use it to lure Xebec. And it all makes sense: the Davy Family lived back 800 years ago and is somehow connected to Imu, which is why Garling also thought Imu would be happy about it.
This entire event was only organized so that Xebec would fall into the trap. That’s why Kong asked Garp for help when he heard that Roger was also coming to the island. They were ready for the Rock Pirates, but with Roger’s pirates, the mission could end dangerously.
In the end, God Valley was staged to kill Xebec and wipe out the Davy Family. Xebec was from the start the biggest enemy for the WG… And now imagine you, Blackbeard, learn that Xebec (his father) died just to save you, falling into the World Government’s trap. No wonder Blackbeard is the way he is now.

- Chapter 1,159: “The fateful island”.
- Chapter starts with narrator telling that one day Shakky was kidnapped and Don Marlon was killed. The person responsible for it was a traitor inside Rocks Pirates: Ouchoku. But no one in Hachinosu had any clue to how this could’ve happened.
- The news of Shakky kidnapping spread throughout the world and even the economy of the world was paused for several weeks. Ouchoku was very excited reading the news. Gloriosa was crying with sadness and despair. Roger destroyed the newspaper and Rayleigh was very worried about Shakky.
Roger: “Rocks!!! That bastard!!! How could this happen under his watch!! I will kill him!!!” Rayleigh: “Shakky…!!”
- One year later (38 years ago) Garling returned to God Valley. The red-haired woman (we can’t see her face during the chapter) introduced him Shamrock and Shanks. Garling was surprised to see they’re twins and said they’re adorable.
- The red-haired woman asked Garling to live with her on the island, but he said no because God Valley will disappear. Then Garling pulled out his sword and stabbed the woman. At the same time we can see a lot of Marine battleships arriving to the island.
- While red-haired woman fell to the ground seriously injured, Garling said a wife that’s befitting of his status has already been decided. In fact, Garling had “placed the order” for her to be captured and she will be his wife if he wins the tournament.
- Citizens of God Valley tried to leave the island because they didn’t know what’s happening, but Marines stopped them. One of the Marines soldiers was a very young Monkey D. Dragon (his presentation box says “Future leader of Revolutionary Army and father of Luffy” ).
- Dragon didn’t want to kill people so he shot tranquilizers to some guys that attacked him. Dragon asked the purpose of the mission, but his superior shouted him down.
- Cut to a Marine slave ship that was heading to God Valley. We see Ginny leaking information about tournament prizes to the outside. Ivankov was very angry with the other slaves because they lost their fighting spirit. Kuma was in another part of the ship but he listened all and smiled thinking how energetic are some slaves.
- Cut to a “Cipher Pol Information Department” facility in an unknown island. A very young Morgans (President of the World Economy News Paper at that time) arrived saying he has an “incredible information”. Morgans was dressed the same as in the present but he wore a beret on his bird head.
- Morgans wanted Cipher Pol agent a bribe to not publish the information. Cipher Pol agents threatened to erase him, but Morgans told them to try it if they had enough courage. In any case, Morgans’ plan was leaking the information to Hachinosu.
- Pirates of Hachinosu learned that Shakky was being used as tournament prize in God Valley so they headed out to save her. Linlin was interested in the other prizes, she wanted good “Devil Fruits” for her children. Linlin told Kaidou that maybe he can get an interesting “Devil Fruit” power too. Then we see Rocks, Roger and Garp on the move to God Valley.
- On the way to God Valley, Rocks was blocked by Harald’s ship sent by the World Government. There was a World Government ship nearby to make sure Harald follows his orders. Rocks asked to drink and speak alone and Harald accepted.
Rocks: “Harald, there’s a ‘hidden’ part of my name… My real name is ‘Davy D. Xebec’.” Harald: “Then ‘Rocks’ is not your name!?”
Rocks: “My clan is probably something the Government been trying to completely eliminate for a long time. With the legendary pirate ‘Davy D. Jones’ as our ancestor… the clan has managed to survive, just barely, in the underworld. I don’t know if this is a good thing or not… but I got a kid now. To protect my wife and child from any possible danger… I decided to send them both to my homeland… telling them ‘Rely on the Davy Clan’…!!” Harald: “I see, so your relatives and now your family are all in your homeland.” Rocks: “Yeah… and that place is ‘God Valley’.”
- Rocks said he’s heading to God Valley to save Shakky, but actually he’s going to save his wife and kid. Harald refused to join with Rocks and pretended to fight, but he allowed Rocks to get away.
- Chapter ends with an EPIC double page on the day of the “God Valley incident”. After introducing some prizes like the rare Devil Fruits (we saw that part in Kuma’s flashback) the master of ceremonies brought Shakky to the stage as the big prize of the tournament.
- Shakky wore a Kuja costume and looked clean and healthy because they took care of her since she was captured. MC explained who was Tenryuubito (the former Empress of the Island of Women) and said that the winner would decide whether to make her his wife or his slave.
- Tenryuubitos in the audience were very excited. We see Garling, young Sommers and Gunko (with long hair) among the “God’s Knights”. The girl with a beret and a rifle from “Mammayer Family” that we saw in Kuma’s flashback was next to Gunko.
Tenryuubito: “Amazing, what a beauty ♡♡ Sommers!! Make sure to get that for the ‘Shepherd Family’!!” Sommers: “Don’t be ridiculous, if I win she’s going to be my personal slave!!” Garling: “She’s going to be my wife, so stay away even in your dreams Sommers.” Mammayer girl: “Gunko! Now that we have you, we might be able to get a trophy in the Clan War!!”
- Cut to Dragon, he discovered wounded red-haired woman inside a house because he followed a trail of blood.
Woman: “Please…!! Take my… children away… from t…this island… Don’t let HIM… have… them…”
- We also see kid Teach and his mom (face not shown) handcuffed in a cage.
