K-pop boy group THE BOYZ is preparing to release a special single on December 2, 2024, marking their final song under their current agency, IST Entertainment.
This announcement comes just over a month after the group’s ninth mini album, TRIGGER , was released on October 28, 2024.
The upcoming single will be their last official release before parting ways with IST Entertainment in mid-December.
After this, all 11 members of THE BOYZ will transition to a new entertainment company, ONE HUNDRED.
The agency is co-founded by renowned rapper MC Mong and Cha Ga Won, chairwoman of the p_Arc Group. ONE HUNDRED also has affiliations with prominent labels, including Big Planet Made and INB100.
Big Planet Made is home to K-pop artists like Lee Seung Gi and SHINee’s Taemin, while INB100 is known for housing EXO members Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin.
This transition marks a significant turning point for THE BOYZ as they embark on a new chapter in their careers, with many speculating about the potential changes in their musical direction and the opportunities they will have at their new agency.
Their loyal fanbase, known as “THE B,” is excited about the group’s future prospects and the impact their upcoming single will have as they close out their time with IST Entertainment.
Charles Spencer, the 9th Earl Spencer, has opened up about his relationship with Dr. Cat Jarman, an archaeologist and his podcast co-host, amid his ongoing divorce from his third wife, Karen Spencer.
In a candid interview published on November 24, 2024, Charles, 60, shared how Jarman, 42, has brought out the best in him, stating that with her, he doesn’t have to “pretend to be something I am not.”
He emphasized the authenticity and dynamism of their connection, highlighting how they enjoy spending time together, such as exploring places like a lagoon during a recent trip.
Their relationship began in 2021 after Jarman visited the Spencer family estate, Althorp, for an archaeological project. They later co-hosted the podcast The Rabbit Hole Detectives and co-authored a book inspired by it.
Despite the age difference of 18 years, Charles explained that their friendship blossomed into romance gradually, after the end of his marriage to Karen.

Regarding the future of their relationship, Charles stated that it was “a bit early” to talk about marriage but expressed that being with someone like Jarman has been a “more honest phase of life” for him.
This comes amid the couple’s separation, with Karen and Charles finalizing a divorce after 13 years of marriage.
Dr. Jarman, who is also separated from her husband, has two teenage sons and has visited Althorp, while Charles has visited her family in Norway, where he appreciated the relaxed, classless culture.
He mentioned that his friends are pleased with his new relationship, as it represents personal growth after the challenges of his past marriages.
